ISITEL-USA: COPPERCARDS ANNOUNCES THE BANK FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM

Posted July 5th, 2008 by wninja

SILICON VALLEY, California, U.S.A. Friday, June 13, 2008 – “Banks charging interest on money is over. A new day has dawned for commerce in America and around the world," said Clive Boustred, one of the foremost strategists and architects for banking technologies world-wide at a press conference today.

The event signaled the announcement of CopperCards Bank, a free-market-valued, asset-backed trading and banking system that is a viable replacement for today's money. CopperCards Bank Asset Exchange has, according to Boustred and others in the industry, significant advantages over current banking systems and money as we know it. They went on to explain that almost anything can be registered, appraised and turned into 'Coppers' the bank's trading currency. Second, every Copper issued is backed by real verified assets valued at real-time market value. Third, there are no interest charges or transaction fees to use the CopperCards Bank.

Users of CopperCards Bank and Asset Exchange will be able to turn assets into a means to buy the things that they need to run businesses or feed their families. The users’ don¹t have to go through the steps imposed upon them by the current banking system. Money, as we know it today, is eliminated. In no case will those using the system have to use the U. S. dollar or any other existing currency, although they can if they want to. Not having to convert to money offers tremendous advantages to all participants, according to Boustred.

Today's money is made out of noting and backed by noting, or otherwise known as "fiat" money. As most financial specialist already realize, the US dollar does not represent an ounce of gold, a piece of real estate or anything that could be appraised for a market price. Instead, its value hinges on imaginary and dangerous perception. If people loose faith in the U.S. the dollar plummets in value. If the Fed makes too much money, then demand reduces and the value of the money drops. The Fed has been printing so much money that in 2006 they stopped publishing the M3 money production report.

Almost all the world's banking is now based on imaginary value or fiat money.

If the United States corporate government collapsed, the money that they gave the Fed bank owners the exclusive franchise to make, would no longer be accepted to purchase anything, and it would assume the same value as Iraqi dinars. In the CopperCards Bank system, currency with value, such as gold coins, would be accepted as payment for anything even after any government no loner exists. Most major currencies in the world are fiat currencies due to flaws in the global banking scheme of central or reserve banks.

The global banking scheme was originated by a number of privately-owned banks who appear to be, but are not government agencies. They are mostly owned by the Rothschild’s family. Until recently, most Americans were unaware that the Federal Reserve Bank is in fact, private. This insight has sent tremors throughout markets and into the mainstream.

Most of these banks are owned by a small number of individuals who therefore control the overwhelming majority of the world's wealth. This includes the United States Federal Reserve Bank, which makes the money out of nothing then sells their money and charges interest on top of that to the United States government, other governments’ and the public. It is this fiat money made out of nothing and backed by nothing that in effect, eats the labor and lives of Americans.

Through the Federal Reserve, that same small group controls the flow of this fiat currency, charge interest and fees for the use of their money. They have made a fortune doing so. For example, when a buyer purchases a billion dollars of oil from Iraq, the buyer first has to purchase a billion dollars of US currency from the owners of the Federal Reserve Bank. The buyer has to give gold, oil or something of value in order to purchase the billion US dollars. This means that the FED owners receive real assets for money they made out of nothing.

The CopperCards Bank eliminates fiat money or the ability of the bank to make money out of nothing. The CopperCards Banking system and the Asset Exchange ensure that the Coppers currency represent actual value. A house, a piece of land, precious metals, gems, minerals, inventories of manufactured goods, raw materials, services , Dollars or Euros etc. can all be represented in Coppers. Coppers represent real value just as gold coins once did. However, Coppers have an important distinction, their value will not diminish unexpectedly because the Coppers currency trading exchange is designed so that it cannot fail. Accounts in the CopperCards Bank are insured to an unlimited value.

Clive Boustred, founder and architect of CopperCards and InfoTelesys, who provided the systems architecture to some of the world's largest and most successful banking systems, said, “The gold standard is based on the construct that anyone who can find shiny stuff is king, but at least the gold itself is worth something. The Federal Reserve Bank astonishingly literally makes money out of nothing and backs it with nothing and charges interest on top of that!” Clive went on to add “Whether money is printed on paper, metal or cotton, is not the issue, the issue is interest and asset backed currency. CopperCards Bank provides a true asset-backed interest-free currency that eliminates bankers, governments, or corporations' ability to manipulate markets, economies and money supply for their own interest.”

By utilizing innovation in the technological and communications fields, the CopperCards Bank is able to introduce a truly revolutionary banking architecture that eliminates what has been the root cause of a great deal of corruption, many if not most depressions and most major wars. What could be described as an integrated Stock Exchange, E-Bay, Craig’s List and Advanced next-generation Communications system, this CopperCards trading banking infrastructure can provide significant relief to troubled economies.

AXJ-Latinos for Dr. Ron Paul dijo...

Spanish court to determine whether to hear case of genocide against Fidel Castro...

This story was printed today in the Newspaper El Pays of Spain. I have translated the story as faithfully as I could, although I cannot guarantee that it is a perfect translation. The story, in Spanish, can be found here.

Spanish court to determine whether to hear case of genocide against Fidel Castro...A Spanish court will consider next Thursday if it will begin legal proceedings against the cuban leader Fidel castro and the ex - commander , and ex-Tourism Minister osmani cienfuegos, for genocide, terrorism, torture and crimes against people and goods specifically protected in cases of armed conflict. Both are accused of participating in the death by asphyxiation of nine Cuban prisoners during their transfer from Playa Giron to Havana on the 22nd of April 1961, after the failed invasion of the Bay of Pigs.
The case hinges on whether fidel castro is still the head of state of Cuba.

The Committee for Aid to the Dissidence 2506 (CAD 2506), filed a third complaint with the National Courts against castro for the same acts. The first filing occurred in 1998 and was carried out by the Foundation for Human Rights in Cuba and ten exiled Cubans opposed to the Cuban regime, and accused fidel and raul castro, cienfuegos, and another castro leader. The Judge Ismael Moreno, following the fiscal thesis, determined that the acts narrated in the complaint did not constitute crimes of genocide, terrorism, or torture. The magistrate determined that the details of the acts did not infer the intent of castro to destroy a group of humans, national, religious, racial, or ethnic, a very necessary requirement for the crime of genocide.

Moreno also determined that the acts of terrorism could not be committed by the State and that the alleged tortures could only be considered as degrading.

The plaintiffs appealed the decision of this court, but the appellate court confirmed the lower court's decision. The supreme Court of Spain later determined that in order for this case to be heard, the victims would have had to have been Spanish citizens.

In 2005, the same foundation and several Miami residents, returned to re-file the case arguing that the Spanish Constitutional Tribunal had recognized Spanish jurisdiction when it agreed to investigate and heard a case of genocide in Guatemala, without the need for the victims to have been Spanish citizens, and requested castro's arrest upon his arrival in Salamanca, where the Iberoamerican Summit of the heads of States would have been celebrated that year.

Castro never did attend that Summit in Slamanca, but the judge, and later the appellate court determined that the case could not proceed as the Cuban leader enjoyed sovereign immunity as a Head of State and could not be charged until such time as he would lose that position.

On the 26th of February of this year, 2007, rising from his sickness, and the fact that he had delegated his powers to his brother, another filing for the same acts and with almost exactly the same writings was presented by another association of Cuban dissidents, the CAD 2506. The case was assigned to Judge Santiago Pedraz, who determined not to admit it because the Spanish courts had already decided on the facts of the case. The plaintiffs appealed.

The State Attorney Jesus Alonso, points out that the plaintiff's continued and constant activity, which adopts different denominations, in their intent to continue the case by forcing different courts to consider the merits. Not withstanding, the attorney maintains that "in the new filing, the similarities with the case already heard are clear, making it impossible to have the court re-hear the same as it would fall under the premise of "already decided upon"".

The case seemed clear, but the plenum of the Penal Court, comprised of 15 magistrates presided over by Javier Gomez Bermudez, does not see it so diaphanously, and although it has already debated the case in another session, the court determined that the case is more complex and decided to extend the hearing until next Thursday. No one denies that the acts mentioned in this case are not the same as the ones in prior cases. But the gist of the question is, whether castro has lost sovereign immunity. If castro is found not to have sovereign immunity, the case may proceed. The Court must establish whether castro's delegation of power constitutes that he has lost the title of head of state to raul castro.

Another facet of this case is that in the initial proceedings, raul castro had been a part of the defendants mentioned, and if he is now left out of the case, the court could rule this to be a fraud to the law, with the intention of being able to continue the case against castro. In the event that the magistrates find that castro is no longer the head of state by having delegated his obligations, it is obvious that raul would then be considered the head of state. But omitting his name from the second filing can be considered fraudulent filing.

In any case, it is the court who has the last word, it can decide to open the case against castro, or shelve it for good.

The effect of this case, even if the case against castro were to be opened and heard by the court, would be more of a publicity nature than an effective case, as there is no indication that castro has any intentions of abandoning the country of Cuba, not even to receive medical attention as did Pinochet, who left Chile to receive medical attention in London.

Asphyxiated in a Boxed trailerThe facts in the case against fidel castro, being entertained by a court in Spain, alleges the following.

On the 22nd day of Aprl, 1961, prisoners of the Brigade 2506, counting 149 in total, were going to be transported from Playa Giron to the Palace of Sports in Habana to be incarcerated. Placed in a single file line, as their names were called out, they were made to climb onto the back of a tractor trailer that would transport them to Habana.

The trailer was an aluminum trailer, covered in wood panelling inside, meant for the transfer of merchandise, not even live animals and much less human transport. Once inside, the trailer doors shut, the trailer would be hermetically sealed, providing no ventilation or freshair suply for a breathing being to survive. Once inside the truck, the prisoners began to scream for help, complaining of the lack of oxygen inside the truck. Hearing the screams of the men, Osmani Cienfueos commented, "Better this way, we wont have to put them in front of the firing squad." The doors were then locked.

The vehicle travelled eleven hours to its destiny iin Habana. During all this time, the prisoners never ceased to yell for help and air, begging for the doors to be opened so that they could breathe. They had reached the point where their sweat was condensing on the roof of the trailer, raining back down on them in drops. During this death trip, the vehicule made several stops, those in charge of the cargo never thinking to open the doors despite the screaming, kicking and yelling inside the trailer.

Upon reaching its destination at the Palace of Sports in Habana, the prisoners tumbled out of the truck falling over each other and falling on the gorund breathless and unconscious. Nine men had died: Alfredo Cervantes, José Ignacio Macia, René Silva Soublette, José Millán, Santos Gil Ramos, Herminio Quintana, Moisés Santana, José Vilarello y Pedro Rojas.

Addendum to the Revolution: An Open Letter to Ron Paul Supporters
by Robert F. Hawes Jr.

The disastrous presidency of George W. Bush is to the cause of government reform what the sinking of the Titanic must have been to lifeboat manufacturers: a colossal case-in-point. But as much as Bush, Cheney, and the whole motley executive branch crew have rankled our sensibilities, I think we give them too much credit.

The truth of the matter is that Congress bears far more responsibility for the overthrow of our constitutional Republic than George W. Bush, or even the worst of our former presidents. It is Congress that has passed the laws and created the meddlesome agencies that the friends of freedom so despise. Congress gave us the Federal Reserve, the 16th Amendment and the IRS, the Department of Education, the PATRIOT ACT, the REAL ID Act, the Military Commissions Act, and so forth. It is Congress that has steadily built our national debt into a financial Tower of Babel. It is Congress that has allowed George W. Bush to get away with waging undeclared wars, ignoring the laws, and trampling the Constitution, just as it has allowed past presidents to get away with various acts of usurpation (bear in mind that George W. Bush is basing his actions on the examples of men like Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Roosevelt). Congress also approved the Supreme Court and lower federal court judges that are providing the pseudo-constitutional authority for these excesses and abuses of power.

Presidents have considerable power and influence, and sending Ron Paul to the Oval Office could certainly do much to put the brakes on our runaway federal system; but make no mistake: there will be no real or lasting revolution unless we send the authoritarian establishment in Congress on a permanent vacation. For one thing, they've richly earned their pink slips (I'm being overly polite here - actually they've earned a one-way trip into deep space); for another, they could, and I believe would, present an enormous obstruction to Ron Paul's agenda. President Paul will be able to accomplish much, I'm sure, especially during his first 100 days, and by virtue of the powerful statement that his election will send; but big government Democrats and Republicans, ably assisted by powerful media and special interest friends, are not going to stand idly by while he tears down their treehouse. They understand that the American public is fickle, and they are nothing if not masters of the political dark arts. Like wounded animals, they will bide their time in the aftermath of a Ron Paul victory, but rest assured that they will do their best to hamstring and humiliate him at the first available opportunity. And after that first round, it will be open season on the Paul Administration and the ideals it champions.

This may sound rather doom-and-gloomy in these heady days where America is discovering Ron Paul and re-discovering the traditional ideals for which he stands; but if we are serious in our intention to turn America around, we are going to have to take on the legislative branch in addition to the executive. We are going to have to give Ron Paul a Congress that he can work with. And with both the legislative and executive branches in our corner, we will be able to reform the judiciary as well (via impeachment, if by no other means).

In short, throw the bums out!

Let the word go out through the Ron Paul revolution camp: vote for no congressman or senator who has supported the neoconservative big government, police-state agenda. Support only those candidates who will pledge (in writing, preferably) to support constitutional liberty at home and non-intervention abroad. And if there are no suitable candidates currently running in your area, work with other Ron Paul revolutionaries to recruit them. We can help one another with filing fees and publicity, just as surely as we have helped the Paul campaign to raise millions of dollars and to get the word out, and we don't have to hurt the Paul campaign in the process. Also, bear in mind that, while it would be ideal to see all of the bums thrown out, we don't necessarily have to achieve that in order to be effective. Even a few congressmen or one or two senators could block the passage of harmful legislation, or help ensure the passage of helpful legislation.

At the very least we could bring the sort of pressure to bear on Congress that we have been so effectively exerting against those who have been ridiculing Ron Paul and trying to exclude him from the process. A good place to start with this would be pressuring the United States Senate to reject the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act (S. 1959), which, if passed, will pave the way for the federal government to intimidate and ultimately silence pro-freedom organizations. Let's not let that happen. Let's band together to defeat this legislation, to repeal the PATRIOT ACT and other harmful laws that have already been passed, and to rein in George W. Bush before he starts posing for the cameras with his hand in his shirt. Let's bring the full weight of this movement's energy to bear on the enemies of freedom. If we can do this, we can not only begin to halt the march toward fascism, but we can convince many fence-sitters that Ron Paul and his revolution are for real, that we are not going away, that we are a force to be reckoned with, that we will not surrender our Republic without a struggle, and that we can win this election.

It's a great day to be a Ron Paul revolutionary, and there's nothing wrong with celebrating the successes we've seen lately. But let's not overlook the larger picture. Putting a good president in the White House is not enough to restore the Republic. Firing the captain of a mutinous ship is not going to turn it around if the crew is as mutinous as the captain. We need both a new captain and a new crew if we're going to plot a new course.

Let's not settle for a partial victory next November. Let's take this revolution all the way, starting now.

The Federal Government of the United States of America (USA) has no legal grounds to obligate you to pay any type of taxes. Taxation is against the Law and is not only usury, but a crime.

Companies are not Agents of the US Government. The Federal nor State Governments have no right to obligate me to pay taxes on my home or property.

The Government charges me enough retail taxes as it is. Stop this at once.

No more taxes, a case for Ron Paul for President

No more taxes, a case for Ron Paul for President.

I am an american citizen and own my home and car, and am sick and tired of paying taxes.

I even have to pay taxes on my cup of coffee and donut in the morning. Enough is enough!

This country was founded on the principle of Liberty. Freedom from being controlled by the IRS on my income. Freedom from being taxed on my land, home and property.

There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution which is above all other Laws in this country stating that anybody can obligate me to pay for a service I do not want.

I do not want the U.S. Government to send U.S. Soldiers overseas to a war I did not want.

Dr. Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate which makes sense, no more IRS and bring our soldiers back to the U.S. to guard our borders.

Enough is enough, my vote is definitely for Dr. Ron Paul.
